The Training Curriculum
The virtual training focuses on employee development personally and professionally. Training includes workshops in effective professional communication, while participating in interactive exercises that develop interpersonal, soft skills and time management. Working in a team environment, trainees will have an opportunity to strengthen leadership skills and become enlightened to the benefit of constructive feedback.
Provide perspectives and processes that give the employee a great sense of self awareness, value and self esteem that translates into a stronger foundation for who they are and the added value they bring to the workforce.
This course will provide employees with practical knowledge, problem-solving skills and no-nonsense concepts about personal finance & money management, promoting the financial benefit of on-time, long term employment with excellent work performance.
Employers have the option to join the training on a designated day to observe or/and introduce your organization's vision, mission, or history. The employee will gain fulfillment by understanding your companies contribution to community and what value they contribute to the team.
Continuing education is available, and encouraged to reinforce new skills.
We work in collaboration with your managers, and the hiring team to introduce solutions for equity and inclusion to improve retention.
Mentoring in organizations enables both career development and leadership development to help employees gain new skills and feel engaged.
